Welcome to the Mad Rocky Club. This site is dedicated to an epic and escalating fight between the Knox County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) and the victims of their criminal enterprise. This effort is named after the first victims in this particular case, Maddie and Rocky. Maddie and Rocky were needlessly shot to death by the KCSO. There were and continue to be many more victims of the outrageous actions that day. The following videos tell their story.

The victims have been and continue to be met with fear, disbelief, and silence. Our mission is to overcome all of these emotions and replace them with renewed confidence in law enforcement and our justice system. The Mad Rocky Club fully supports our Constitution and the law enforcement that upholds it.
